Morning guys. Hearing you talking about AI taking over reminded me of the Mad books. I was a big fan at school. One issue was about the american way of life where everything was being done for us and everyone drove everywhere. The premise was that we would evolve to have no legs and short arms because we would no longer need them. Very funny at the time; almost horror today.
Interesting interview. I love writing short stories as I used to write romance stories for women’s magazines last century. I collected a drawer full of rejection letters and learnt a lot. I still enjoy writing them today (no longer the romance variety). Maybe there’s a theme based collection in me one day.
    Great show.

I loved Mad Magazine. Was it the same thing in the UK?

Yes. I think they were printed in the US as they had US prices on the cover. We also used to get Marvel and DC magazines. I was living in Cyprus at the time and used to buy them from a NAAFI (UK military store).
